At the World Health Summit (WHS) 2025, Commissioners Helen Clark, Juan Manuel Santos and Michel Kazatchkine contributed to high-level discussions on global health governance, pandemic preparedness, and resilience.

Global Commission Chair, Helen Clark, emphasized the importance of protecting health systems and health workers in conflict-affected and vulnerable settings, highlighting that safeguarding access to care is essential to saving lives and supporting recovery. In a video message, Commissioner Santos stressed the need to strengthen multilateral cooperation and ensure equitable access to vaccines and other lifesaving health interventions. Commissioner Kazatchkine took part in an informal side event co-organized by the French think tank Santé mondiale 2030 at the French Embassy in Berlin which focused on the future of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the broader global health architecture.
