Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Carolina (US), where she specialized in journalism, public speaking, and media production.

With a diverse background in content creation, digital engagement, and strategic communication, she previously worked at Geneva Business News managing the Communications Department. Her career also includes a role as a Community Catalyst at Impact Hub Geneva, where she supported social entrepreneurs and built community networks. She has also worked with the Communications Department of Geneva Graduate Institute, where she led in the development and production of new podcasts and other multimedia content. Ashleigh has also been a contributor for World Radio Switzerland.
