International AIDS Society Late-breaker Abstract Submissions

Late-breaker abstract submissions are now open for AIDS 2026, the  26th International AIDS Conference, with a submission deadline of 6 May.

A limited number of late-breaker abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentation. Submissions must present new and high-impact data collected after the regular abstract deadline, with selection criteria that are significantly more rigorous than standard abstract review.

Abstracts are invited across a broad range of scientific tracks, including basic and clinical science, epidemiology and prevention, social and behavioural sciences, implementation science, and policy, law, and human rights.

Submitted work should contribute new insights to the field, including both successful and unsuccessful approaches. All abstracts must be submitted online, and authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of content, as submissions will be reproduced as received.

Please note that each presenting author may present only one late-breaker abstract. Accepted abstracts will be notified by mid-June, with presentations forming part of the official conference programme.
