Part-time Program Manager

The CEU Democracy Institute is seeking a part-time Program Manager for its Democracy Institute Leadership Academy (DILA), a regional leadership initiative supporting democratic public leadership and civic engagement.

The role will oversee programme delivery, including participant and speaker coordination, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to the strategic development of DILA and related initiatives.

The position is based in Budapest, with the possibility of partial remote work, and applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
